This is what Felon Luv collects, why it collects it, and how to get it deleted — in plain words rather than legal ones. If anything here is unclear, ask us through the contact route at the bottom.
Account and profile information. Your email address, display name, photo (or a generated one), headline, location and the details you choose to add — including your story and your matchmaking questionnaire answers. The matchmaking answers are used to build your matches, so without them matchmaking cannot work. You decide what goes on your profile; nothing forces you to disclose anything personal.
Messages and community content. What you send in Know threads, direct messages, rooms, channels, the feed and comments. It is stored so the people you sent it to can read it, and so we can investigate reports.
Video room participation. Rooms run on live video. Your camera and microphone only start when you switch them on, and the audio and video travel between participants rather than being stored — unless a host records a session, which is shown to you in the room when it happens.
Payment information. Subscriptions, tips, tickets and other purchases are handled by a payment processor: Stripe for purchases made on the web, and Google Play Billing for purchases made in the app. Your card details go straight to those processors and are not stored by Felon Luv. We keep the record of what was bought, when, and how much, so billing, refunds and tax work.
Moderation and safety records. Reports you file or that are filed about you, the decisions taken on them, and verification results (that your ID and selfie matched — never the document itself once the check is done). These exist to keep the community safe and are kept after an account is deleted, with your identity removed.
We do not collect your data from other platforms, and we do not pull in third-party timelines. What is here is what you brought.
Profile information, matchmaking answers, messages, posts and room history stay while your account exists. Delete your account and they go with it.
A few things stay longer, without your name attached: subscription and payout records (kept for billing, tax and reconciliation), settled ticket records, and safety and moderation records. Those are kept only as long as those obligations run, and never with your identity on them.
Verification documents are kept only for the length of the check and the appeal window, then removed.
You can delete your account at any time, and you do not have to explain why.
Inside the app: sign in, open Settings / Account settings (your profile page), find Delete my account, type DELETE in capitals and confirm. Everything listed above is removed as described on the account deletion page.
If you cannot sign in: use the Support button at the bottom right of any page, or the contact form. Tell us the account's email address and that you want it deleted. Do not send your password. We check the account is yours, delete it, and confirm.
Deleting your account also cancels access it held: room subscriptions end, and anything tied to matchmaking stops.
You control what your profile shows, what you share with the feed versus friends only, whether your camera or microphone is on in a room, and which notifications reach you. Every one of those is a setting you can change or turn off.
Buying something never requires your card details to pass through Felon Luv. On the web, Stripe collects them; in the app, Google Play collects them. Both tell us only whether the payment succeeded and what it was for.
Ask through the existing contact route and a person answers:
In-app Support — the Support button at the bottom right of any page, signed in or not.
Contact form — /contact, or the address listed on that page.
Say it is about privacy and which account it concerns. We answer with what we did, or why we did not do it.
This notice describes the app as it works today. If what we collect changes, this page changes with it.
