Signed in? The Support button at the bottom-right of any page answers questions about the app straight away, and escalates to the team when it can't. Account, payment and payout questions always go to a person.
Safety reports are fastest from where it happened: use the report option on a member's profile or inside a room, and block the person if you'd rather not hear from them again. Both go straight to our moderators.
